It may have been a stupid subject to bring up with Obama but tonight Barry Bonds reminds us of what is wrong with baseball today.

I think I know now what it's like to be liberal in a red state. I swear, all the writers here have been chugging the kool-aid.
The direct effect on me is that the fricking Fox affiliate will not hesitate to show the Giants blow 4-run leads in the 8th in glorious HD while I have to scramble around broadcast and standard cable to find the only team around here still worth watching.

My TiVo is drinking the same kool-aid!
We hardly ever get Giants games up here but suddenly, now we are. Since TiVo knows my love for MLB but can't seem to understand the complexities of that love enough to know that the Giants are not included I'm getting all of them recorded. Bah!
