Finally, some GOOD news!
After a phenomenally bad start to the week, finally something good happens!
We (Oliers...for those not quite following along at home) finally learned how to score on the power play. They must not have wanted to see the Stanley Cup come out tonight so they scored in OT to force a game six and head back to Edmonton.
Home ice, baby!

I was thinking about how the two names of the teams are two big issues in the U.S.
There's gotta be a metaphor or some symbolism in there somewhere (but I just woke up, so someone else come up with it please...)

Oilers and Hurricanes. Interesting point. As always, the Bush administration hides the real issue that threatens our nation: Canadiens and Canucks.
