    Nice!

Top Row: FIELDS (Strawberry Fields memorial, Qwest Field, Wrigley Field)

    Middle Row: FINE ART/PAINTINGS

Bottom Row: DOG (Hot dog, Washington Husky, sleeping guard dog)

Left Column: NYC? (Central Park, Empire?, Broadway)

Middle Column: SEATTLE (Qwest Field, Pike Place Market?, U-Dub)

Right Column: FERRIS BUELLER'S DAY OFF (Wrigley Field, A Sunday Afternoon on the Island of La Grande Jatte, "Sleep tight, pooch")

Bill, she nailed the Mehta-theme on that one.

159 Diagonal: FLOWERS (but at first I thought you were going for some sort of PEACE/PEAS thing).

    357 Diagonal: ??

May relate to baseball but I can't tie it together.

Well done. All of your answers are correct.

I went straight forward on these and clearly made it too easy. The diagnal you are missing is NOT baseball related.

The whole puzzle started with Ferris

Yeah, that's a theme around which to build a puzzle.

It wasn't so easy at first because I didn't know what/where picture 1 was, and was guessing on picture 5.

Maybe the 357 Diagonal has to do with something SWEET? (candy, sweet peas, Wrigley gum)

Nope. Let go of the peas...

You didn't know Strawberry Fields?!?!?!?!?! I'm shocked! Shocked I tell ya!

Picture 5 is from a calendar of Pike Place Market images.

Oh, and I thought picture 2 gave away the top row because it is both Quest and Safeco FIELDS. I figured if hte Seattle one got you stumped maybe Julie would swoop in.

Well, I figured picture 1 had something to do with a Lennon memorial, but I was unaware of one until now.

I wasn't really looking for FIELDS at the time. The Ferris bias forced me to look at the columns first, right to left, and then the rows, bottom to top. Not sure why.

    Late to the party again.

    Slash: MERCHANTS

But swooping in with the correct answer! I was going to do Sellers and try to fit in Peter but that proved tricky.

Ah, MERCHANTS. I was thinking about STANDS (hot dog stand, flower stand, baseball park stands), which wasn't really working for me. Maybe I would have gotten there eventually. Big maybe.

I'm way too late to the party, but had to give a shout out to the Ferris theme! Save Ferris!
